WELLthy TOGETHER
Where women come to feel better — together.
WELLthy Together is a monthly gathering for women who are ready to stop going at it alone. Every first Tuesday of the month, join us for an expert-led presentation on a specific health and wellness topic, from hormone health and gut health to stress management, sleep, nutrition, and beyond. Leave with real, practical guidance you can implement right away.
This is not a program that tells you what to do. It's a community that shows you how to do it, holds you accountable, and reminds you that you don't have to figure it all out by yourself.
Twice a year, the community gathers in person at Michaelangelo's Winery for an evening of connection, conversation, and appetizers on us because the relationships you build in this community are just as important as the information you receive.
Led by National Board Certified Health Coach Erin Gaub and Registered Dietitian Christina Scalese — each with 15 years of experience — and featuring occasional guest speakers, every session is designed to meet you exactly where you are.
